There exists a world apart from all others in the universe. This world is home to a fearless people who take responsibility for their own happiness, a world known only to souls daring enough to brave the terrors of Highway 17.

This is a world unlike any other, a vortex of universal positive thought, a world that has chosen its own orbit,

… where people stand on top of their ocean,

… where men are so forward thinking they do not have a receding hairline, they have a progressive face,

… where women are so strong they do not have hot flashes, they have power surges,

… where people do not have opinions, they have convictions, mostly misdemeanors.

This is our world. We are the center.

We are Planet Cruz.

Planet Cruz returns to the Kuumbwa Jazz Center every first Friday of the month through May of 2009. Delving deeper into the spirit of Santa Cruz with new sketches, smoking comics and embracing the spirit of this magic city. To listen to past shows go to www.kusp.org for the pod casts.

Our mission is to let other communities hear about a town that takes responsibility for it’s own happiness. Planet Cruz has and will continue to comedically examine issues we believe are important to the people who live here; support for alternative lifestyles, environmental imperatives, the pursuit of happiness through personal freedom and spirited political activism.
